During the TechniShow 2020, SafanDarley will present the latest innovations in sheet metal working, including a complete range of electric, hybrid and hydraulic press brakes. All of these solutions contribute to sustainable and efficient production.

25 years of sustainable success
2020 marks the 25th anniversary since SafanDarley launched the first electric press brake on the market. A sustainable development that is of greater importance in today's society than ever before. An outstanding and important milestone that we, as the inventor of the E-Brake, simply cannot allow to pass by unmarked.

E-Brake 35T-1250 25 year Edition
To celebrate this anniversary year, at the TechniShow we will present the E-Brake 25 year edition, an E-Brake 35T-1250 Premium Ergonomic press brake.  
 This special edition features a number of attractive options at a very competitive price and a short delivery time. The 25 year edition has EC20 control and an ergonomic package. The machine is also equipped with CNC Z-axis and hydraulic upper clamping. This machine makes sustainable production even more attractive.

E-Brake Mini Cell
SafanDarley has developed the compact E-Brake Mini Cell for the automatic production of small complex products. The E-Brake Mini Cell consists of an E-Brake 35T with a working length of 1250 mm; it will be showcased during the show with the optional automatic tool change function. This makes it possible to switch quickly between different products.
Programs for the E-Brake Mini Cell can be created off-line using Robobend off-line simulation software. This means that all movements can be accurately simulated and programmed in advance.
 

E-Brake Ultra series with I-Mate
SafanDarley will also showcase the high-end E-Brake Ultra series during the TechniShow. This E-Brake is fitted as standard, with a CNC crowning system and double touch screen control which facilitates a paper-free working environment. The E-Brake Ultra can also be fitted with a 3D back gauge and the patented E-Bend L Blue, laser angle measurement system. The E-Brake 130T Ultra being demonstrated will also be equipped with the latest intelligent bending aid, the I-Mate. The I-Mate is the ideal CNC-driven bending aid when using options such as the E-bend L Angle measurement system and flattening combinations.

H-Brake Hybrid+ 230T Ultra
SafanDarley will also showcase a new Hybrid press brake model, the H-Brake Hybrid+ 230T Ultra. The Hybrid+ series is an expansion of the existing Hybrid series and offers higher tonnages and additional benefits. At its core, there is an advanced dual hybrid drive with high return speed, high productivity and low energy consumption. As a result, costs are reduced and CO2 emissions decrease. This machine is an example of sustainable production in the Smart Industry. 

AutoPOL off line software
Our unique AutoPOL offline bending simulation software is also being demonstrated. AutoPOL is a modern 3D-system for programming press brakes offline.
It can unfold 3D CAD models and the optional Batch & Remote functionality enables the automatic processing of multiple components. It reduces programming costs significantly and reports the result of every step in the process. 

All machines on the stand are linked to a workstation. The entire process, from offline programming, through sending the programs to the machines and then reading out information about the machine’s productivity, is displayed on a dashboard in a simple view.
