E-Bend L Blue angle measurement system

The press brakes in the Ultra range can be equipped with the patented (US pat.nr. 11,156,454) E-Bend L Blue angle measurement system. The E-Bend L Blue uses two blue laser sensors one each side of the table. The sensors are fully CNC controlled and extremely precise. The system constantly monitors and corrects the position of the Y axis based on the actual product angle. This guarantees a final product with the highest angle precision. If necessary, the system automatically adjusts the crowning axis, Y1-Y2 axis and also compensates for the spring-back.

Clijsters BVBA commissioned a new SafanDarley H-Brake 700T Ultra. This hydraulic press brake has an impressive capacity of 700 tonnes and can bend sheets up to 7 metres long. This investment marks a significant step forward in Clijsters' production capacity.

Increased productivity through redesign
Increased productivity through redesign
From 2023, all Mini Cell press brakes will be fitted with a double door on the infeed side as standard. This is SafanDarley's response to market needs. The redesign now makes it possible to run the Mini Cell for more than 8 hours without human intervention.
