These powerful machines have a very small footprint, a fully accessible back gauge and are still able to deal with thick materials.

Intelligent drive system

The H-iBrake is designed to take companies' production to the next level and be successful at the lowest possible cost. This is achieved through advanced intelligent drive technology, increased approach and pressing speeds, optimum precision and energy regeneration, among other things.

Whether working with light or heavy sheet material, the SafanDarley H-iBrake ensures optimum performance in all cases.

O-Frame technology

The O-frame technology with reinforced bridge and side frames from the E-Brake range, ensures minimal deformation and a stable and compact press brake with a very high tonnage density.

Compared with traditional hydraulic press brakes on the market, this system generates a considerable increase in the press capacity per available bending length.

Ergonomic package

With the Ergonomic implementation option at the H-iBrake 125T-1600, the press brake and its operator work as one. The operator is surrounded by a support table, which is especially beneficial when bending large quantities. The ergonomic ease of operation is optimised because the seating position can be fully adjusted as desired, increasing productivity.

The back gauge system serves as a mould for various plate material products. Choice of back gauge systems is depending on the complexity of the product to be bent.

The setting of the Delta X axis determines the horizontal conversion of a single Z2 back gauge finger.

The setting of the Z1+Z2 axis determines the horizontal widht adjustment of the back gauge fingers.
