This year, two of our latest innovations are taking centre stage. Both Adaptive Angle Control and the Peak Shaving E-Brake have been nominated for a EuroBLECH Award.
Adaptive Angle Control
AI-driven precision. First Time Right.
Every sheet of material behaves differently. Adaptive Angle Control uses algorithms to interpret material behaviour during the bending process and adjust the bend in real time.
This allows material variations to be compensated for automatically, making accurate production less dependent on trial bends, manual corrections and operator experience. And all without additional angle measurement sensors or external hardware.
The result: more First Time Right production, less waste and higher productivity.

Peak Shaving
Powerful electric bending. From a standard power socket.
Grid congestion and limited grid capacity are becoming a growing challenge for manufacturers. The Peak Shaving E-Brake combines our electric E-Brake technology with local energy storage and intelligent energy management.
Energy is stored locally and released exactly when additional power is needed during bending. This means that the required peak power does not have to be drawn directly from the grid.
The concept is demonstrated on a 35-ton E-Brake, with the ambition of operating the machine from a standard 230 V / 16 A power socket, without compromising performance during the bending process.
