LAMIERA Milan 2017

SafanDarley is present at Lamiera Milano. During this exhibition we show our range of machines and innovations. Besides the machines, we also demonstrate the new offline software generation, the AutoPOL GT version.

 E-Brake Ultra  series with EC40 Smart

During Lamiera Milano SafanDarley will show the E-Brake Ultra. The Ultra series has a completely new design and is standard equipped with CNC crowning. The Ultra has as standard a dual screen monitor and is therefore able to create a paperless environment. Optionally the E-Brake Ultra can be expanded with a 3D back gauge and the E-Bend L Blue laser angle measurement system. With all these options, the E-Brake Ultra is truly the highest specification press brake in the SafanDarley range.

Optionally, the E-Brake Ultra can be equipped with the latest software innovation, EC40 Smart. In addition to EC20 functionality, EC40 Smart can draw models on a mobile device, import and unfold 3D drawings and simulate bending. By “docking” with the machine control, data is synchronized and production can start. This enables programming in 3D at the machine or at any other location.  

H-Brake 175T with E-Bend L Blue

The second highlight we will present is the H-Brake 175T equipped with E-Bend L blue laser angle measurement system. The E-Bend L Blue uses two blue laser sensors on each side of the table. The sensors are fully CNC controlled and extremely precise. The system constantly monitors and corrects the position of the Y axis based on the actual product angle. This guarantees a final product with the highest angle precision.
