Update measures against Covid

We are all still dealing with the spread, consequences and measures regarding the Coronavirus. We at SafanDarley feel it our duty to contribute to this and follow the measures taken by the cabinet and RIVM. 

For our safety and that of you and your employees we have taken a number of measures that influence our way of working in the delivery of service provision, training and sales processes. These measures are described below.

Service measures until April 1, 2021; (may be extended).

  • Our service department will only visit to attend to urgent problems that cannot be resolved remotely by our helpdesk via telephone, e-mail etc. If a visit is required we ask that you ensure that our technician comes into contact with as few employees as possible and to observe the generally accepted Covid prevention measures towards our technician
  • We will carry out contractual preventive maintenance in close consultation with customers
  • Commissioning will be further coordinated in mutual consultation, all this with due observance of the measures set
  • Our helpdesk and technical support employees will often work from home. We will handle all requests as soon as possible, but you may need to wait a little longer than usual. You can help us by having all relevant machin information including serial number at hand when you contact us

Sales & Sales Support measures until April 1, 2021; (may be extended).

Our sales personnel will only visit at your request “until the set date”. They will discuss with you in advance to what extent a physical visit is necessary. Our sales personnel will be happy to stay in touch with you via all communication platforms including video calls, to support you as require

Of course we are always available to answer queries, submit quotations and provide assistance using all means available

Measures for visits to SafanDarley Lochem until April 1, 2021; (may be extended)

Visits to our company for training, demonstrations and viewing of our products is possible by appointment. Our sales personnel will discuss with you in advance which digital options are available such as an online machine demonstrations, to limit physical contact

  • Visits are only possible by appointment
  • Disinfect your hands upon entry
  • Register at the reception and follow the instructions provide
  • Do not shake hands
  • Keep a distance of 1.5 metre
  • Wearing a face covering is mandator
  • Come with as few people as possible and adhere to the RIVM guidelines. 

We ask for, and trust in your understanding that we have done the best with these measures to make a proper contribution to limiting the further spread of the Coronavirus

SafanDarley launches new app

The renewed SafanDarley app is live. The new app has a modern look, works very fast and has a number of new functions, such as the option to send the results to your own email address. The app is also now available in various languages.

SafanDarley offers a total solution

SafanDarley launched the first electric press brake on the market 25 years ago. The Dutch company Anopanel immediately bought one of the prototypes. The SafanDarley SMK E-brake is still running satisfactorily. Anopanel director Tayfun Alici is pleased with the collaboration, which continues to this day. "We trust each other."
