Last year we employed 7 students who followed a work-learning course with the REMO West-Twente training institute in Rijssen (NL). The students spent 1 or 2 days each week at the REMO practice center and the other days they were working with us to gain as much practical experience as possible.
The students worked in a variety of production departments (head office in Lochem, NL) within our company, designed to compliment their training. 4 students followed the Mechatronics training, 2 students the MBO Machining training and 1 student MBO Metalworking.
All 7 students have recently completed their courses with good results and have received their diplomas. We are proud to announce that all of these students will continue to be employed by SafanDarley.
To celebrate this great achievement, they were put in the spotlight at SafanDarley last week. Congratulations on your success!
At FABTECH 2021, SafanDarley will present the newest innovations in sheet metal working, with a focus on Automated Solutions. SafanDarley is an experienced specialist in the field of electric automated bending cells. The automated solutions go much further than stand-alone solutions.
Entrepreneur Wesley van Rietschoten started the company Rietcon in Spijkenisse four years ago. He recently invested in a new SafanDarley Press brake and Guillotine. Production is growing and the factory space is already becoming too small. “We are looking for bigger premises,” says the entrepreneur. At 37 years old, Van Rietschoten is quite a young entrepreneur. But he has already made his mark during his 15 years in the sheet metal sector.
