The fourth generation E-Brake adds important new advantages to the proven E-Brake technology. The E-Brake Premium is the successor of the current E-Brake series up to to 100T. An important feature is the new design, which greatly improves ergonomics.

The control system is also equipped with a new design and is industry 4.0 ready, which means that your control system can communicate with external systems. In short, the new generation SafanDarley E-Brake means a next step in the E-volution in sheet metal working.

Ergonomic

With the Ergonomic implementation option (for E-Brake model 35T and 40T), the press brake and its operator work as one. The operator is surrounded by a support table, which is especially beneficial when bending large quantities. The ergonomic ease of operation is optimised because the seating position can be fully adjusted as desired, increasing productivity.

This 2D graphic control allows you to easily draw in 2D, after which the bending program is automatically generated and simulated. This EC20 also has the option of displaying programs created off-line, in Autopol and Radan, graphically.

The system measures the plate thickness down to one hundredth. You can programme exactly when measurements must be taken.

The bending aid supports and follows the plate very carefully throughout the entire bending process. The height and V size are variable and can easily be adjusted to the bending aid.

Complete Touch Screen convenience

The SafanDarley E-Control is fully touch screen, whereby the only buttons visible on the 21” screen are those that are needed during operation. The controls simply run on a PC under Microsoft Windows®, the software was developed based on Microsoft.net Framework.

The E-Brake Premium is equipped with a single screen with split screen. This makes it possible to run two applications on one screen and create a paperless working environment.
