SafanDarley Sheet transport and Stacking system
In February 2016 SafanDarley delivered an M-Shear with sheet transport and stacking system to a customer in Germany. This solution has a number of advantages for the customer. SafanDarley has delivered an M Shear 430-6 with a sheet transport and stacking system for delicate materials.
Transport system
The transport system is equipped with a sheet support system up to 1000mm from the blades and a scrap sorting system to remove the scrap from the production line.
The stacker has a capacity of 3 Tons, is equipped with hydraulic lifting, and the stacking height is controlled by sensors. The pneumatically operated front and side shifters create an accurate stack. The adjustable sheet stacking arms support each sheet independently and retract very quickly so that the sheet drops vertically without scratching the sheet below.
This transport and stacking system is available for all M Shears up to 6 mm. The transport and stacking system is available for max. sheet dimensions 4000x1000x6mm. The stacking system for delicate materials is available for max. 4000x1000x3mm.
