The base is O-frame technology from the E-Brake range, ensuring a stable and compact press brake with a very high tonnage density. Compared with traditional hydraulic press brakes on the market, this system generates a considerable increase in the press capacity per available bending length. This opens up a wide range of possibilities for the machine concept.
This press brake can generate a maximum pressing capacity of 110 tonnes over a bending length of approximately 1600 mm, an ideal solution for companies with limited space. In addition, smaller, thick sheet-metal parts no longer need to be produced on oversized press brakes, which improves the machine park’s efficiency and usability.

With the Ergonomic implementation option, the press brake and its operator work as one. The operator is surrounded by a support table, which is especially beneficial when bending large quantities. The ergonomic ease of operation is optimised because the seating position can be fully adjusted as desired, increasing productivity.

The SafanDarley E-Control is fully touch screen, whereby the only buttons visible on the 21” screen are those that are needed during operation. The controls simply run on a PC under Microsoft Windows®, the software was developed based on Microsoft.net Framework.
The H-Brake 110T-1600 Premium press brake is fitted as standard with E-Control EC10 controls on a single split-screen display. This functionality allows the user to run two applications on a single display, enabling you to create a paperless working environment using the EC10 controls.
It is an option to equip the press brake with a special frame with an enlarged daylight opening, also known as Q -dimension. Special enlarged intermediates are placed in the enlarged frame. This makes it possible to bend products such as enclosure/cabinets with up to 600 mm high side panels.
