E-Brake MiniCell 35T
For the automatic production of small complex products, SafanDarley has the E-Brake Mini Cell. The Mini Cell has a modular structure and can be fully configured according to customer requirements. At EuroBlech we are exhibiting a very sophisticated Mini Cell, equipped with a discharge belt for the scratch-free disposal of products outside the cell. The Mini Cell also has a pallet managagement system which ensures the automatic supply and removal of pallets.
R-Brake 130T
With the R-Brake, the press brake and the robot are integrated into one system. One of the great advantages of the SafanDarley R-Brake is its modular construction. The automatic tool and gripper change are linked to the machine and, together with the product, are programmed completely offline using SafanDarley RoboBend offline simulation software. A unique feature of the R-Brake is that the robot can be traversed horizontally along a gantry of 6 meters above the press brake, leaving the floor in front of the machine completely free for supply and unloading stations, which saves a lot of space.
E-Brake C200T – Tool Mate
In addition to the successful robotic press brake range, SafanDarley is showing the E-Brake C 200T with Tool Mate. The E-Brake C 200T has a C-frame and is equipped with a Tool Mate, an external automatic and intelligent tool changer. This combination can offer you significant time savings when producing small batches.
The Tool Mate is very intuitive and does not require extensive training. The SafanDarley E-Control manages the tool change, ensuring that the tools are placed exactly in the right position and the intelligent software only makes the necessary changes and tools from the previous tool set-up are reused. This achieves considerably shorter changeover times.
H-BrakeHybrid+ 230T
The latest model in the hybrid range will also be on show The H-Brake Hybrid+ 230T Ultra. The Hybrid+ series is an extension of the existing Hybrid series and offers other advantages in addition to higher tonnages. At its core is an advanced dual hybrid drive with high return speed, increased productivity and low energy consumption. This reduces costs, with one of the main advantages of this system being a dramatic reduction in energy consumption.
In addition to the aforementioned innovations, SafanDarley will also be showing machines from the standard product range, such as the H-Brake Hybrid 110-1600 and the E-Brake 130T Ultra equipped with an intelligent bending aid, the I-Mate.
