SafanDarley recently commissioned an H-Brake 800T at Bässler in Olpe (DE). The H-Brake 800T with a working length of 8200 mm has a weight of approximately 95.000 kg. For transport from our production location Eijsden to the customer 6 trucks were needed.
The H-Brake 800T, a machine from the heavy duty series, is equipped with 2 x 37 kw main motors equipped with the energy-saving start / stop system. The start / stop system automatically restarts the main motor, thus creating an optimum production cycle with minimum start-up times to reduces CO2 emissions and less maintenance. The machine is also equipped with Sick light screen and Fiessler light beam protection. Two Laserline projectors also facilitate manual inlay work.
Company Bässler is a medium-sized sheet metal and metalworking company. The company focuses on the production of standard and special profiles (up to 10,050 mm in length) in single and series production as well as profile plates of 10 to 40 mm depth. Through continuous modernisation of the machinery and expansion of the production facilities, the company can deliver very flexibly and with high production quality.
We wish Bässler a lot of success and job satisfaction with the new press brake.
