The E-volution in sheet metal processing is moving increasingly towards an automatically and digitally controlled factory. SafanDarley will present the latest innovations in sheet metal working at EuroBLECH 2022, including the complete program of automated solutions. All innovations have been developed with a view to the future and contribute to lower energy consumption, higher productivity and cost savings. The deployment of automated solutions also helps to solve staff shortages.

Future production environment
During EuroBlech, SafanDarley will demonstrate the E-Brake Mini Cell and the R-Brake in a separate area, the production environment of the future. In this production environment, the E-Brake Mini Cell and the R-Brake are supplied with material using Kumatech's new Pallet Jack. The removal of pallets loaded with completed products will also be done by this AGV. The bending process on the R-Brake and the Mini Cell is 100% automated. With this SafanDarley shows the production environment of the future.

End of January, the latest version of the AutoPOL offline bending simulation software has been released. This version contains some new functionality that makes the offline programming of press brake’s even more efficient. All registered users have already been able to download the latest version to further optimise production.
